  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (use sugar-free syrup for keto pancakes)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Take a large size bowl and pour all the ingredients in its mentioned quantity and stir them well. Make a thicker batter than any other traditional form of pancake batter.
  • Now preheat a skillet on the medium-low flame of the stove. Grease this preheated skillet with olive oil or butter whichever feels good to you. Now pour three to four spoon of this preheated batter on the center of this skillet.
  • Spread this batter smoothly with the help of a spatula to make a round shape pancake. Keep its thickness of about ½ to ÂĽ inch.
